A Day in the Life

I made this piece using the C.F. Payne Multi-Media technique. It was surprisingly quick, I spent most of my time creating the under drawing. The coloring was done in like 2 hours. I really like how it came out. I also found out that it got into the exhibition that will be held next semester!

I made this using Colored Pencils, Acrylic, Watercolors, Oil, and Gesso on Illustration Board.

Scratchboard

I made this for a Scratchboard assignment. It is a fairly famous picture of Hunter S. Thompson, I've seen it every where, and I believe it was also on the cover of an issue of Rolling Stone a few years back. I love Hunter S. Thompson, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is a modern classic, and one of my all time favorite books/movies. Gonzo is also my all time favorite Documentary, if you havnt seen it I highly recommend seeing it.

I did these two figure drawings in class on tuesday, both done at about a half hour each, I think they came out fairly well.

Finished Painting

This is the finished painting I made from the drawing in the previous post. It was supposed to be a Vulture but I think it came out looking more like a Bald Eagle; but I still like it. I painted it in Acrylic.

Albert Einstein

This was an assignment for my Illustration Media class. I really like how it came out, I think I may have actually outdone myself this time. It was made with Oil Paint, Colored Pencil, and Gesso.
